We are taking part in an initiative with some care homes to take our amazing young alpacas along to care homes. This is a great process which allows the elderly to feel touch and view our young alpacas.
It can very therapeutical and beneficial for the well being of elderly patients in care homes. It allows them to see first hand our alpacas and create a bond with these animals.
It was amazing to view the smiles on the faces of everyone there and we would like to thank them for inviting us along.
The staff also had a great time and it took some of the stress hopefully of their hard days’ work.
