We officially reopen on Tuesday the 21st of July and our diary is now open for bookings! We are so excited to have our gates once again open to the public and we can?t wait to start working again!
Once we open there will be some measures in place so we can follow the government guidelines for COVID-19 and keep everyone safe. Our risk assessment is available on request!?
?Please arrive slightly before your time slot and remain in your car until welcomed by a member of staff
?Remain in your family group and observe social distancing with others throughout the trek and on the farm
?Hand sanitiser will be available and should be used after arriving and before leaving the farm
?Please keep back from gates and fencing while on the farm to prevent cross-contamination. All gates will be opened and closed by one of our handlers
?Toilets will not be available to guests at this time unless it is an emergency, but our hand washing station is still available upon request
?Guests as always are encouraged to take pictures when safe to do so but handlers cannot use customer cameras at this time. We can however use our own cameras to take pictures which can be emailed to you and possibly used on social media if you allow
?Payments by Paypal and bank transfer are preferred ? cash payments can be made with correct change in an envelope or plastic bag
Due to social distancing measures children under the age of 12 or who will require assistance walking their alpaca must be accompanied by an adult as handlers will be unable to walk with them at this time.
Accompanying adults who are not trekking or assisting with a child must remain in their family group. Treks will have limited spaces to control the number of people and different households attending.
Unfortunately, at this time we will only be offering alpaca treks and our other experiences will remain unavailable for a few more weeks. We hope to be offering all our experiences very soon along with some new things we have planned for this year!
